The Paper Shelter challenge #571-Let's Get Sporty

Digital Image: Ice Hockey

You know the drill.....up for grabs at The Paper Shelter is our usual fantastic prize! The winner will win a $30 store voucher-if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your entry (you could choose the pre-coloured image, the black and white digi, or the digital paper that comes in the set), or 3 digis of your choice, if you've used another brand. You can enter the challenge up to 3 times, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them.

Good Luck! Have FUN!

I am one lucky girl! This week's challenge comes right as the National Hocky League begins it's season. Now I myself am not a big hockey fan-I don't mind it, overall I'm not huge into sports (crafty girl here! LOL) But living here in Colorado, USA. The Colorado Avalanche are a HUGE DEAL!

So I was so excited to see in The Paper Shelter catalog this sweet ice-hockey image!

Short on embellishments, I improvised by searching for a logo that I could color and attach to my card.

I paired the logo with die cut letter in the team colors.

Then I had a little fun with the fold. Rather than a top fold or left side fold. I went with a reverse right side fold!

Keeping my little hockey player in view and allowing the card to open up on the expanded sentiment!

This is a great idea for a card with lots of space for the whole team to sign!

I love that you clicked in today!

I hope you are inspired by my card and will join the Paper Shelter Blog Challenge!
